I love this place! It's quiet, safe, and a great location. My apartment itself is kinda small but worth every penny. I've lived in Hyde Park, South Austin, and North Austin and I have never come across a place so comfortable, so accommodating. The staff are wonderful and very attentive. The grounds are beautiful and it is very well lit at night.
My fiance and I were a little nervous moving from SC to the great state of TX, but were extremely lucky to have amazing people help us transition.
Excellent service from the beginning. Cynthia, Joanne and the maintenance team are really professional, welcoming and helpful. I have lived in two different complexes in Austin before moving here is where I feel more comfortable. After seeing many different apartments in the neighborhood, this in the best in relation to quality, location and price.
I have lived here for many years and they have been good. I never thought I would have been here as long as I have been, in the previous apartment and now to move to just a different apartment number because of renovations. It's nice.
The application and move-in processes were really easy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They made sure we were satisfied with the conditions prior to signing the contract and move-in. The community is quiet and common areas are clean and well maintained. There are some renovations going on so the buildings are looking even better. The neighborhood is great! Location is really good, close to several restaurants and shops, easy to take the bus to go to UT, near Central Market and HEB.
As for the staff, they are ALL very nice and professional. They make a point to speak when met outside, regardless if they are busy or not. The office staff is very pleasant and goes above and beyond to answer questions. The maintenance team is responsive and respectable. I'm very happy with my decision, and the only I would leave is if I bought a home.
Recently moved here from out of state. I actually moved into Pecan Grove sight unseen, and I must say that I was pretty nervous at first about the move. Once I arrived, all my nervousness went away. The apartment is very nice; renovated and located in a perfect spot for easy access to the buses, restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. I'm able to walk to dinner, the bank, and the yogurt shop with ease.
Super accommodating staff and management! I was very impressed by Cynthia and the rest of the staff, they were all very warm and helpful...which hasn't been my typical experience with apartment offices. 5 stars for the customer service, and the new renovations look great.

Amazing from when I first moved in.. I have lived in different apartment communities and this by far has been the best, super friendly, extremely fast and goes beyond duty to help and make me feel safe and supported! Quite rare but awesome!

Cynthia, Cooper & maintenance crew all are wonderful, easily accessible, always prompt, friendly friendly friendly! In passing, smiles and hellos by name, Any maintenance requests or clerical/rent issues resolved and treated so professionally even if I made the mistake, I respect that and they really do feel more than just "the leasing office" but more like people I know I can go to and get issues resolved and talk about my dog ! They're great!
